It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ivar J. Skog born May 1, 1955 – June 13, 2021
Predeceased by his parents Ivar and Anne. Survived by his Daughter Kelly and grand daughters Morgan and Kylie. Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and his best friend Robbob.
Ivar was diagnosed May 13th with terminal metastatic lung cancer. He passed suddenly after a very short battle, due to complications from a broken leg.
Ivar had many friends within the Dart Community and will greatly be missed by all. He loved to tell stories and make jokes. He was a stubborn man, but a proud man, father and Papa. He wore many hats over the years but his favorite one was being a Papa. There is no celebration of life planned at this time, and in lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to the Calgary DI or Elements Mental health in his name.
