It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you about the passing of Jagtar (known as Jack or Jagga) Singh Randev of Calgary on Sunday, February 24th, 2019. Jagtar passed peacefully as he was surrounded by his dearest family and friends. He was born on December 20th, 1959 to the late Joginder S. Randev and the late Surjit K. Jagtar leaves behind his beloved wife Surinder Randev and his most treasured possessions; his beautiful daughters Shelly (Paul), Amanie, and Khaim Randev and is survived by his loving siblings Kulwinder, Harvir, Balbir, Raj, and Pushpa. He was the glue that held the whole family together. Jagtar was the successful owner of A-1 Alberta Transmission for over 25 years. He lived life by his own rules and more than that, he lived large. He was known for his kindness, sense of humor, generosity and vibrant personality. When it came to the people he loves, Jack never said no. Whether their requests were small or big, he put everyone first and his selfless ways are something that will always remain etched in our hearts. His passing leaves a large void for friends and family but they take comfort in their fond memories and knowing that he is truly in a better place.
