Life is a gift and a test, we must remember resilience, joy and strength.

It is with great sadness and sorrow that the loving families of Sunjit (Sunny) Singh Jhutti announce his passing on June 12, 2021.  Sunny, aka Snu Snu, will forever be lovingly remembered by his wife Nenu Jhutti of 21 years; his beautiful and talented daughters Naiya and Aliyah Jhutti; mother Dalbir Kaur Jhutti; in-laws Jagjit and Chanda Sarpal; brothers Joe Jhutti, Sunny Sarpal, and Samir Dawson; his sisters Rimpy Jhutti and Rikku Dawson; nephews Angaad Jhutti, Mason and Matthias Dawson, niece Rianna Jhutti; all his cousins and every person reading or not reading this obituary.

Sunny entered this world in 1981 with a magical and energetic soul that could light up any room, any day, anytime.  He was a passionate man filled with love, joy and laughter that was contagious, uplifting, warm and one to remember.  He cared about all those around him and always went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of.  Sunny still today is a master of making people smile as every living memory was a Kodak moment.

He worked hard and smart, he was diligent and always a man of his word.  He loved to look, feel, and smell good, and was always the life of the party.  His passions included all that life could give as he was grateful and mindful for everything he had and earned in his life.

Sunny was the best husband, father, son, brother, uncle, friend and companion.

Family and friends are welcome to come pay their respects on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Country Hills Crematorium, 11995 – 16 street NE, Calgary, Alberta T3K 0S9 between 11:00am to 12:45pm.  Due to COVID restrictions, capacity is limited to 20 people. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own rumals.  Masks and social distancing are mandatory.
