Mrs. Sukhdial K. Gill passed away in Calgary on Wednesday, December 29, 2016 at the age of 83 years.  She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends.

Mr. Elayaraja Balasundaram passed away on December 29, 2016 at the young age of 36 years. He will be dearly missed by his family in India and friends in Canada. Mr. Balasundaram will have funeral services in both India and Canada. In Canada funeral services will be held on Saturday January 7, 2017 at 3:00 pm friends are welcome to come and pay their respects from 2:00 pm until 3:00pm. Mr. Balasundaram  be returning to his homeland in India early next week  for additional family funeral services and cremation.

We are sad to say that Mrs. Kamalini Wani passed away peacefully at Sarcee Hospice in Calgary on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the age of 74 years.  She bravely fought her battle against cancer. In her final months, her family (husband Jagannath, daughter Varsha, son Raju, daughter-in-law Pratima and grandchildren Deliya and Saajan), were able to spend many quality hours with her, playing cards and laughing, and Aaji (grandma) even won a few games!  She will be lovingly remembered and missed by all of us.  At Kamalini’s request, the family is conducting a private cremation.

Mr. Mukhtiar S. Brar, of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the age of 70 years.  He will be dearly missed by his wife, Harbans Kaur; their children and grandchildren.

Mrs. Rattan K. Shahi passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016 at the age of 92 years.  She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 77 years, Nirmal S. Shahi; four children; and ten grandchildren; as well as numerous family and friends in Canada and India.

Mr. Tarlok Singh Kalsi passed away in Calgary on December 23, 2016 at the age of 91. Tarlok will be dearly missed by his family and friends in Canada and India.

Jasdeep Kaur Bajwa beloved wife of Amandeep Singh Dhaliwal passed away at home on December 21, 2016 at the age of 27. She will be dearly missed by her family in Canada and India. Services will be held on Friday December 30, 2016 at 10:00 am at Country Hills Crematorium 11995 – 16 Street NE Calgary, AB 403-274-0576.

Mr. Sarabjit Singh Chahal passed away at the Foothills Medical Center on December 21, 2016 at the age of 36 years. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends in Canada and India. Funeral services will be held Saturday December 24, 2016 at 10:00 am at Country Hills Crematorium, 11995 16th Street NE, Calgary, Alberta 403-274-0576.
