1947-2026

All seasons run their race in this quiet resting place

Trudy, dearly loved wife of Ron, passed away at the Oilfields General Hospital on March 7, 2026. Trudy was born April 22, 1947 in Calgary to Catherine and George Drysdale.

On April 23, 1951 her brother Neil was born. As a family, many hours were spent camping and fishing. Holidays were often spent travelling to visit the Drysdale and MacCrimmon relatives.

Trudy married Ron in November 1970 and they resided in Calgary until the early 1980’s. Living in the Foothills since then, was a treasured life. It provided much needed calm to a busy and hectic life. Trudy had many interests and loves; family, friends, smiles, good scotch, learning, volunteering, reading, travelling, crossword puzzles, music, nature and quotations.

Sadly, Neil died in 1974, her had in 1982 and her mom in 2000. Trudy is survived by Ron, the in-laws; Ted, Shelia and Trevor French (Jessica) and Bonni, Dave and Brant Inglis (Amber) MacCrimmon and Drysdale cousins and many friends, young and old.

There will be no funeral (Trudy’s choice) Donations to your favorite charity, hospice or hospital would be great.
