It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Larry Owen Stella, of Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on July 25, 2026 at the age of 55.

Larry was a loving and kind man whose generosity touched everyone who knew him. He had a wonderful sense of humour and loved joking around with his coworkers in aviation, bringing laughter and smiles to those around him.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Debbie Verbonac, sons Brooks Stella (Haley) and Jeff Verbonac, grandchildren Kinley Stella, Mikayla and Hailey Verbonac and many extended family members and friends.  

Larry's memory will live on through the lasting impact he had on those closest to him.

The family appreciates the kindness and support shown during this difficult time.

At his request, no funeral service will be held.
