Jeremiah Johnathan Feldberg, born May 23, 1978, in Calgary, passed away suddenly in Calgary on September 5, 2026, at the age of 48.

Jerry experienced significant challenges throughout his life, including mental health and addiction issues. In later years, he chose to live unhoused. These circumstances were an important part of his life and his journey.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff of the numerous agencies, organizations, and support services that worked with Jeremiah throughout his life. Their support, dedication, and belief in Jeremiah are deeply appreciated and will always be remembered.

Jeremiah will be remembered by his family, friends, and others who knew him throughout his life.
