It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Sardarni Darshan Kaur Gosal, age 92, of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, who passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025.

Born on December 13, 1932, in Dhanda, Punjab, India, Sardarni Darshan Kaur Gosal lived a remarkable life rooted in love, family, and faith.

In 1951, she married the late Sardar Balbir Singh Gosal in Dhanda, Punjab, India. Together, they immigrated to Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1981, following their son, Makhan Singh Gosal. Over the years, they took great pride in watching their family grow.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her. She leaves behind her sons, daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who will forever cherish her memory and the values she instilled in them.

There is great solace in knowing that she is now reunited with her beloved husband, Sardar Balbir Singh Gosal, and her dear daughter, Sardarni Balwinder Kaur Bhandol.

Sardarni Darshan Kaur Gosal will forever remain in our hearts and prayers.
