Kelly Ann Alcock

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kelly Alcock, who left us peacefully on October 12, 2025, in Calgary, Alberta, surrounded by her loving family.

She is deeply missed by her devoted husband Ed, her children Sam and Steph, her furbaby Theo, and her cherished fur-grandbabies Frida and Koda. Her warmth and presence will also be missed by many extended family members, lifelong friends, and all those whose lives she touched.

Kelly dedicated over 20 years of service to Foothills Medical Centre, where she made lasting friendships and, most importantly, met the love of her life, Ed. Her work reflected the same compassion and kindness she shared with everyone around her.

She will be remembered for her positivity, her generous heart, and the way she gave so fully to others, humans and animals alike. Her love for animals was a defining part of who she was, and her gentle spirit will live on through the many lives she helped care for.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday October 20th. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her name to William Watson Lodge Society or the MS Society of Canada, Calgary Chapter.

Her light, her laughter, and her love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

Our condolences to Ed ,Sam & Steph.
Kelly was the poster child for positivity. We will miss Kelly dearly. We always enjoyed putting on the holiday “garage ” dinners so Kelly could enjoy Shannon’s cooking and deserts and have fun. The boys always brought a smile to Kelly face which was followed by Kelly’s laughter due to the boys sense of humor. Happy that the pain has subsided and you are at peace. You will always be missed and remembered.

I will remember Kelly as such a happy & sweet soul that I knew as the younger sister of my beloved friend Michelle Desmarais (nee Corbiell), and her lovely brothers Gary & Darren. Kelly’s infectious giggle I still hear clearly in my mind, so very much a combination of her beautiful parents Jacqui & Jerry Corbiell.

My warmest condolences to Ed, Sam & Steph.
