Steve and I became best friends 6 years ago meeting at Gettysburg and spending vacations together every other year. We hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back with my wife Sue! I spent a week at his house in Calgary during the Stampede! Hiked around Banf National park. Lake Louise. Went back to Gettysburg for a 2nd trip. Took a train ride from Chicago to LA just this past July as he spent a couple nights at our house celebrating 4th of July parade in LaPorte. Went to a Cubs game! We are so saddened to learn of his collapse which he never recovered. Thanks to Sharon for sharing the sad news and updating me that terrible few days as we hoped and prayed for a recovery! Please update me when you know of a memorial service.
I have not heard from Steve in over a year. I was in his wedding party when he got married and stayed at his place in Texas. He stayed at my place when I was in Vancouver until he found a place to stay. I have become worried as I have not been able to reach him. Saw him last time I visited Calgary. If this is Steve who has business at infasysstems it would be nice to know as I was never informed of his passing.
