Mukhtiar Singh Sandhu, age 83 of Calgary Alberta passed away peacefully on Saturday February 27th 2021. Mukhtiar was born on August 28th 1937 in Kapure, Punjab, India. He was the son of late Ujjagar Singh and Annand Kaur Sandhu.

Mukhtiar married his late wife Surjit Kaur Sandhu in Punjab on July 14th 1954. Mukhtiar was extremely hardworking and dedicated to provide a better life for his family. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend and will be deeply missed by so many. Mukhtiar leaves behind his four children, his daughters Baljit Kaur Dhaliwal, Amarjit Kaur Malhi and his sons Karmjit Singh, and Parmjit Singh Sandhu.

He will be forever in our hearts and prayers.

Funeral Ceremonies will be held on Saturday, March 6th 2021 at Country Hills Crematorium- 11995-16 Street, NE, Calgary at 1:00 PM.
