Anthony Richmond Lambert passed away unexpectedly in Canmore, Alberta on April 20, 2020 at the age of 64 years. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
I was surprised and really saddened to hear this news from a friend residing in Edmonton. Tony and I were best friends for a time during high school in Edmonton. He was a quirky and fun-loving guy – and incredibly smart without any of the airs and attitude. We enjoyed golfing A LOT, and he was a strong player. The last time I saw him he called me up in Vancouver to suggest a game while he was here briefly. We played – and finished – in terrible weather. Typical Tony – not to be stopped by adversity. Would be glad to share more recollections with family/friends if desired. Tony will be missed. I’m so sorry for his family and those whose experience with him was more current, and who cared for him deeply.
