It is with great sorrow that we announce the untimely demise of Mrs. Arvinder Kaur Arora, on May 29th 2022, at the age of 59.
She will be forever loved and remembered by all who knew her as a courageous, vibrant and caring person, who was full of life and a contagious smile.
She was born to Balvinder Kaur and Rajinder Singh Bawa in Amritsar, Punjab, India on August 18th 1962. She was the eldest of 4 siblings (Bobby, Robby and Manu), whom she helped raise like her own children. She completed her Bachelors’ in India.
She met and married Amarjit Singh at the age of 22. She was blessed with 2 children, Hardiljot and Simranjot whom she proudly raised.
She emigrated to Canada in 2009 and went through all the usual hardships of a new immigrant. She learnt to drive at the age of 51 and was proudly working at Walmart.
She loved mountains, going out for drives (long or short), cooking amazing meals for her family, abreast of latest fashion & technology, and above all, she made sure everyone who met her left with a big smile on their face.
She’s survived by her husband, her sons and their wives Neetu and Harsimran. We would like to express our family’s deepest gratitude to the doctors, nurses, staff and all the team members at FootHills Hospital.
