Greg passed away suddenly on December 27, 2022. He will remain in the hearts of his father Henryk Lagan, his mother Wieslawa Wojcik in Poland, along with his sister Sabina with her children Jazmin, Amenda, Jashua, Andruw, Joy, Alexander, and Rebeca, his cousin Kasia, and his girlfriend Andrea, and many people whose hearts he touched.
Greg was born in Poland on June 22, 1971. He came to Canada 40 years ago with his father and sister and settled in Calgary. For a few years, he helped his father with his business. Then he worked for 13 years as a cook at the “Eggs and More” restaurant, where he was well liked by his co-workers and bosses. Greg was an energetic and athletic young man of many talents. He had a big heart and was always ready to help people. The road he travelled was not always the easiest, but he overcame many challenges. Many will feel the absence of his laughter and voice. He will be greatly missed and loved.
