For Gulshan his family was his world. He was a man of deep thoughts, few words who enjoyed reading, playing golf and keeping up with the latest global events. He enjoyed listening to soulful songs some of his favorite were by Jagjit Singh and Pankaj Udas. Gulshan was very sharp minded and a whiz with numbers, he could do most calculations mentally. My deepest condolences to Gulshan’s family and friends.
Gulshan was our head leader in the Process Department in SNC Lavalin and I really appreciate his guidance, trust and support while I was working in SNC Lavalin and even after I was not in the company anymore.
He was very smart, calm and a good listener.
I will never forget when I had the opportunity to travel with him to Milan to do a due diligence work in a project and he gave me the authority to decide when he should be signing and stamping the drawings, I respected him very much for providing such a trust on me. He was an honorable man and mentor. I am grateful for meeting him and working with him. His legacy will be always among all of us that met him. May his soul rest in peace.
I would like to share a picture we had in SNC Lavalin for the Process Department in 2007.
So sorry to hear of Gulshan’s passing. I worked with him for many years at SNC Lavalin as one of the process engineers under his leadership. He was always so gentle and kind and supportive. Sending out condolences to his family at this difficult time.
Having known Mr Gulshan Dua at North Calgary Cultural Association, it is extremely shocking that a true man of his standing has suddenly passed away. We mortals can do nothing to prevent the cruel hands of death but have to accept His Will. Understand the mental agony that members of Gulshan’s family and relatives have been passing through in this difficult hour of their profound grief. Sincerely pray that the departed soul may rest in peace and the God grants the family the necessary strength to bear this irreparable loss with courage and fortitude!!!
Yours in Sorrow,
