Gurdarshan Kaur Dhillon

August 10, 1929 – Kohat, Pakistan
May 6, 2025 – Calgary, Alberta

Gurdarshan Kaur Dhillon lived a life marked by strength, wisdom, and resilience. She immigrated to Canada with her family and brought the traditions, stories, and spirit of a generation that endured much and gave even more. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who nurtured everyone around her with homemade food, endless patience, and timeless stories.

Bi ji taught us the importance of family, resilience, and humility. Her presence was a constant source of comfort and guidance in our lives. She is survived by her son Rana Dhillon (Sharanjeet Dhillon), daughter Navkiran Litt (Gurdev Litt), seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her Husband, Kaka Singh Dhillon. Her legacy lives on in the values she instilled in us and the countless lives she touched.

We will miss her dearly, but we are grateful for the love and wisdom she shared with us for nearly a century. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
