“Mrs. Irena Strozyk passed away peacefully on August 9th, 2022 at age 84. Irena was born March 1st, 1938 in Poznan, Poland to Stanislaw and Irena. She lived a fulfilling life, traveling to many destinations and leaving an imprint of her impeccable style and beauty everywhere she journeyed. She made a home for her family in faraway places like Poland, Cuba, Libya, Austria, Toronto, and finally Calgary.

She was a devoted wife to Jerzy, her husband of 62 years, a wonderful mother to her sons, Mark and John, and a role model to her grandchildren, Bridgett, Eric, Monika, Kevin and Konrad. Irena was dedicated to her friends and always ready to offer help.
