March 24, 1958 – July 22, 2024
It is with great sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Brad of Calgary, AB, on July 22, 2024, at the age of 66 years.
He will lovingly remembered by his family, Brenda Mcfadyen, who together with Brad have two children, Taylor and Brooke. He was predeceased by his mother Betty and Aunt Mary.
Brad was raised in Ogden and will be remembered by many life long friends. Brad was a proud member of the International Associates Of Bridge Structural & Ornamental Iron Workers Local 725 where he was well known for his quick wit and knowledge of his trade.
I thought of you today but that is nothing new.
I thought about you yesterday and days before that too.
I think of you in silence, I often speak your name.
All I have are memories and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is a keepsake from which I’ll never part.
God has you in His arms.
I have you in my heart.
Love you Dad! Rest in peace.
– Your son Taylor and daughter Brooke

As Brad was my brother in law for many years, he and I have often shared birthday cake, as we were born one day apart. We joked about whether it should be vanilla or chocolate and who got to pick last year!?
Brad loved to laugh and was always up for a joke or two. He taught my sisters and I to water ski and was always highly entertained when we wiped out.
As Brad became a husband and father, life became complicated as Brad struggled with family roles that he had never personally experienced and could not relate to.
In his way, Brad always held his family close to his heart and was particularly proud of his children, Taylor and Brooke.
You have had a tough journey on this earth Brad, and I wish you love and peace on your next journey. With love, Judy Lloyd
