It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Steven James Penner on April 21, 2023. He was born in Regina, Sasketchewan on May 13th,1957 to Sylvia and Clifford Penner. He leaves behind his father Clifford, daughter Stephanie and siblings Sharon, Leslie and Ed.

Stevie as we liked to call him, loved his music and working on race cars. He taught himself how to play guitar when he was a teenager. He joined a band and played to his hearts content. Stevie had many friends who he hung with; they were like family to him. For this, we are forever thankful.

He was predeceased by his daughter Melissa, grandsons Kaylex and Ay in 2017, his mother Sylvia Penner in 2000, grandparents Leslie & Rosina, Peter Kathryn and his brother Roy in 1986.
