Swaran Singh Gill passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 7, 1933.

Swaran Singh was happily married to Gurmail Kaur Gill. They initially lived in Diwa Pind before relocating to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. His life was a testament to hard work, love, and happiness. Despite the challenges of moving to a new country, Swaran Singh quickly adapted and found joy in spending his days with his grandchildren.

Known for his infectious laughter, kindness, and unique sense of humor, Swaran Singh Gill naturally drew people to him. His long, happy, and fulfilling life is a cherished memory for all who knew him.

He will forever be remembered and cherished by his children, siblings, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
