It is with great sadness that the family of Patti Boyd of Calgary, Alberta announce her sudden passing on January 21, 2023 at the age of 62 years.
Patti was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Patti was born in Edmonton, Alberta on July 31, 1960. She worked at ATB Financial from 1988 and retired in March 2016, which allowed her to spend more time with her grandkids. She was a great cook and was always up for sharing her recipes. She also had a passion for sewing and loved exploring her creative abilities. Patti had a great love for the ocean and enjoyed travelling.
Patti is survived by her daughter, Jordana Boyd-Bomersback (Mark) from Calgary, Alberta and her two grandchildren, Beau and Sadie.
Patti is also survived by her father, Robert Folkmann from Parksville, British Columbia; one sister, Tina Tymo (Tom) from Edmonton, Alberta; and two brothers, Paul Folkmann (Mary Anne) from Calgary, Alberta and Tim Folkmann from Edmonton, Alberta; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, their families, and friends.
Patti was predeceased by her mother Victoria Folkmann from Parksville, British Columbia.

Dear Jordana, our deepest condolences to you Mark, Beau and Sadie ❤️ I worked with your mom Patti in Banff, you babysat my kids, we watched Mark play hockey for the Eagles. You were your mom’s precious gem, sparkle in her eyes, I am so sorry to hear of her passing, may god bless her soul and heal yours in the days ahead. Words just don’t feel like enough here. Your mom was such an amazing person and I have so many amazing memories with her and lots of laughs and great memories of watching you grow up into an amazing young women. My sincerest condolences to you and Mark and the kids, sending my love to you all 🙏❤️
