It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Mukhtiar Kaur Gill “Bibi”.

Bibi passed away peacefully on November 1st, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones.

Bibi was born on April 5th, 1939. She married Mr. Balwinder Singh Gill “Bapu”, in 1960. Together, they built a life in their village of Dhudike, Moga and raised their four children. In 2000 Bibi and Bapu migrated to Calgary.

We will forever cherish Bibi’s memory. She is survived by: her husband, Balwinder; her four children, Parmjit, Karmjit, Baljit, and Harbans; her ten grandchildren, Harman, Harmeet, Harjot, Sukhpreet, Harpreet, Manpreet, Jaspreet, Inderpreet, Navjit, and Ramanpreet; and her first great-grandchild, Azaad.

Her absence will forever leave a void in our heart, but we find comfort knowing that she is in a better place now. May her soul rest in peace.
