It was sad and bad news, Dr. Raj Singhal passed away due to a few health complications. It was one of the worst news I had heard in my life. The loss of the best scientist in Mining Engineering who serve in mining division with high quality degree for so many years and I believe he can’t be replaced in near future.
Dr. Singhal was very dynamic with bright mind to execute at least one of the MPES, CAMI, SWEMP conferences in different countries every year. Because of excellent personality and management, he was able to gathered researchers from many countries around the globe., almost many of them are friend of each other’s now, in this regard he was unique., and Raj will be deeply missed.
One more time I would like express my sincere condolence to Dr. Mona, Dr. Meena, Dr. Rebeaca and the rest of his relatives.
