We are so sorry to learn of Ron’s passing .
He was very “lay-back” but always willing to join in an adventure.
He was a great “Cruiser” and liked our motto of “a beer in every port” during our South American cruise .
Truly a person and friend that will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Dear Donna,
I can’t imagine what you’re going through right now, and no amount of words of comfort will be enough to ease your pain. Nevertheless, words of comfort are exactly what I offer. Please know that both Zaman and I want to express our deep sympathies to you and your family and we offer prayers that you get through these very difficult times remembering the good things about Ron and why you loved him. God speed to him and our thoughts are with you.
In memory of a wonderful cousin and friend.
I will always remember Barney dancing with Donna at our family reunion talent night at Silver Star near Vernon. It seemed like such a neat talent to have and they looked so happy together.
Barney will be missed by all those he had contact with. A wonderful nephew, full of interest, care, and humour. Love to Donna,, Lisa and Damien
We remember Barney for his amazing dancing talent! He and Donna put all of us Overends’ to shame at our annual gathering at Silver Star, Vernon. I also thank Barney for his periodic gift of a bottle of Scotch to my Dad, Howard Overend.
Rest in Peace, Barney.
