It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Rajinder Kaur Gill, at the age of 94 at Peter Lougheed Center on August 05, 2020.  Rajinder Kaur was born on April 15, 1926, in the village of Haidian. Rajinder Kaur married late Master Jagmal Singh. She and her family immigrated to Calgary, Alberta in 1990 where she lived an enriching and prosperous life. Rajinder Kaur is survived by her five children; Satwant Singh Gill, Iqbal Kaur Brar, Harwant Singh Gill, Narinder Singh Gill, and Manjit Kaur Mangat. Rajinder Kaur leaves behind her 13 loving grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Rajinder Kaur was the backbone behind her large family who all adored and cherished her greatly. She was the foundation of the family and always ensured she instilled her positive values and shared her religious teachings with her family. Rajinder Kaur always welcomed everyone with open arms and love. She was a kind and gentle soul who always spoiled her grandchildren. Rajinder Kaur always made sure her family was taken care of and felt loved. The passing of Rajinder Kaur leaves great sorrow in her loved ones however, there is a comfort in knowing that she passed peacefully surrounded by the love from those closest to her.  Funeral Ceremonies will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Country Hills Crematorium – 11995-16 Street, NE, Calgary at 1:00 pm. Followed by a prayer service which will be held at the Dashmesh Culture Centre- 135 Martindale Blvd NE.
