Stanley Gordon Caine (Poppy) passed away peacefully on June 2 2026 at the age of 97.
Born in Montreal, Quebec January 11 1929. He was predecease by his wife Reta. Sons
Danny and Stanley.

Stanley leaves behind Daughter Shirley, Son Harry & (Gloria), Son Timothy, Daughter
Lena and Daughter Rita & (Joe).
Many grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and great great Grandchildren in Calgary and
also Montreal and Ontario.

He moved to Calgary, Alberta in 1981. He loved going to the Casino and playing Bingo.
He was pretty lucky in both. He enjoyed his grandchildren. He always had ice cream or
Popsicles for them. He had a scooter he loved to go shopping on it. He would say it’s not
fast enough.

We will miss you but never forget you
