Surinder Kaur Gill
June 20, 1943 – March 30, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Surinder Kaur Gill, who passed away peacefully on March 30, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 81 years.
Born on June 20, 1943 in Bikaner, Rajasthan to Jagat Singh and Jai Kaur Johal, Surinder lived a life full of love, kindness and grace. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, always placing the needs of others before her own.
Surinder found joy in cooking, knitting, watching tv, puzzles/riddles/crosswords, and most of all spending time with her loved ones. Her warm heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her, especially her sons and daughters-in-law Gurdeep Singh and Rajdeep Kaur Gill, and Prabhjot Singh and Jasdeep Kaur Gill; and her grandchildren Gurmeen, Dilraj, Jagmeet and Bani.
Surinder was known for her unwavering positivity, sharp wit, and meticulous attention to detail. She had a wonderful knack for making people laugh, often joking about her ‘organized chaos’ while ensuring everything was in its rightful place. Through it all, she brought joy, laughter, and warmth to those lucky enough to know her.

A memorial service will be held on April 5th, 2025 at Country Hills Crematorium.
The family appreciates all the love and support during this difficult time.
